The Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on decorglamchic.com are digital downloads. This means that immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive instant access to download your files. No physical item will ever be manufactured, packaged, or shipped to you.

Because digital files are delivered and accessible immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned in the way a physical product can. Once your files have been downloaded or accessed, the transaction is considered complete.

Our General Policy — All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are final once files have been downloaded or accessed through your account or delivery email.

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

When Will We Make It Right

You are entitled to a full resolution — either a file replacement, corrected files, or a full refund — in any of these situations:

1. Files Did Not Deliver Your files did not arrive in your email and are not accessible through your account within 24 hours of purchase despite a confirmed payment.

2. Corrupted or Unreadable Files The files you received are corrupted, damaged, or cannot be opened in standard applications such as Adobe Acrobat, Preview, or any common image viewer.

3. Incorrect Files Delivered You received files for a completely different product than the one you purchased.

4. Files Do Not Match the Listing Description The files delivered are significantly and materially different from what was described and shown in the product listing — for example the design is completely different, the sizes listed are not included, or the file format described is not provided.

5. Duplicate Purchase You accidentally purchased the exact same product twice within the same transaction session. Contact us immediately before downloading the duplicate, and we will process a refund for the duplicate charge.

Important Notes About Color and Print Quality

Please be aware of the following before purchasing and printing your wall art files.

Screen vs Print Color Difference Colors displayed on digital screens use RGB color mode. Home and professional printers output using CMYK color mode. This fundamental difference means that printed colors may appear slightly different from what you see on your screen. This is completely normal and is not considered a product defect. Warmer tones such as terracotta, deep greens, and gold tones are particularly subject to this variation.

Recommended Printing For the most accurate color reproduction we strongly recommend using a professional print service such as Walgreens, CVS Photo, Walmart Photo, Shutterfly, or a local professional print lab rather than a standard home inkjet printer. Professional print labs calibrate their equipment to produce the most accurate color output from high resolution digital files.

Home Printer Results If you choose to print at home, results will vary depending on your printer model, ink type, paper quality, and printer calibration settings. Variations in home printer output are not considered product defects and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

File Resolution All Decor Glam Chic files are provided at 300 DPI which is the professional standard for high quality print output. If your printed result appears blurry or pixelated this is almost always caused by printing at a size larger than the file is designed for, or by a printer setting that has reduced the output resolution. Please check your print settings before contacting us.

Copyright and Permitted Use

All digital files purchased from Decor Glam Chic are licensed for personal use only. Your purchase grants you a single-user personal license to print and display the artwork in your own home.

The following uses are strictly prohibited under your personal license:

Reselling the digital files in any format
Sharing, distributing, or gifting the digital files to others
Using the designs for commercial purposes including products for sale
Printing and reselling physical copies of the artwork
Uploading the files to any other platform or service
Claiming the artwork as your own original creation

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
