All products sold at Decor Glam Chic are digital downloads only. No physical item will ever be printed, packaged, or shipped to you. When you complete your purchase, you receive instant access to download high-resolution digital files that you print yourself at home or at any professional print service. This means no shipping costs, no waiting for delivery, and no risk of items arriving damaged. Your files are ready to download and print within seconds of your payment being confirmed.
What exactly will I receive after purchasing?
After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a download link via email containing a ZIP folder with your complete file set. Every purchase from Decor Glam Chic includes 8 high-resolution, print-ready files — one for each size listed below — in PDF formats. All files are delivered at 300 DPI, the professional standard for sharp, beautiful print quality at any size. No subscription is required, and no additional software purchase is needed to access your files.
Are your designs exclusive to Decor Glam Chic?
Yes. Every design sold in our store is an original creation produced exclusively for Decor Glam Chic. Our designs are not available anywhere else and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any purchased file is strictly prohibited.
Downloading Your Files
How do downloads work?
Downloading your files is a straightforward three-step process.
Step 1 — Complete your purchase at decorglamchic.com. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. This email contains your personal download link.
Step 2 — Click your download link to receive a ZIP folder containing all 8 size files for your purchased design. Save this ZIP folder to your computer, tablet, or phone.
Step 3 — Open the ZIP folder by right-clicking it and selecting Extract All on Windows, or by double-clicking it on Mac. Your individual print files will be inside the extracted folder, clearly labeled by size and ready to use.
Your files are also available at any time through your account page at decorglamchic.com under My Orders, so you can re-download them whenever you need to.
I did not receive my download email. What should I do?
Please take the following steps in order.
First, check your spam or junk mail folder. Order confirmation emails from digital stores occasionally end up in spam with certain email providers, particularly Gmail and Outlook.
Second, log in to your account at decorglamchic.com and navigate to My Orders. Your files are stored there permanently and can be re-downloaded at any time, regardless of whether you received the email.
Third, if you checked both your spam folder and your account and still cannot locate your files, please contact us at decorglamchic.com/contact with your order number, and we will resend your files immediately.
How long will I have access to my downloaded files?
Your files are available through your account at decorglamchic.com for an extended period after purchase. However, we strongly recommend downloading your files and saving them to your own device or a cloud storage service such as Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox immediately after purchase. Storing your own copy ensures you always have access to your files, regardless of any future changes to our platform.
What devices can I use to download and open my files?
Our files are fully compatible with all standard devices and operating systems, including Windows PCs, Macs, iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. No specialist software is required. What file formats are included?
Every purchase includes PDF files for all 8 sizes. PDF files are recommended for professional print services as they preserve the full artwork resolution at the highest quality.
Can I get a different size that is not included in my download?
All 8 included sizes cover the most common frame dimensions available in the USA. If you need a slightly different size, you can resize any of the included files using the free version of Canva at canva.com or through the custom size setting in your printer’s print dialog. We recommend resizing only within a moderate range of the original file dimensions. Significantly upsizing a file beyond its intended dimensions may reduce print sharpness and clarity.

How do I print my wall art?
You have two options for printing your wall art files.
Option 1 — Professional Print Service (Recommended): Upload your downloaded file to any professional print service website or take your file on a USB drive to any in-store print center. Select your paper type, confirm your print size matches your file size exactly, and place your order. Most services offer same-day or next-day pickup. Option 2 — Home Printing Open your downloaded file on your computer or device, go to Print, set your print scale to Actual Size or 100%, select the highest available print quality setting, and print on photo paper or premium matte paper for best results. Never select Fit to Page or Scale to Fit, as this will print your artwork at the wrong dimensions.

What paper is best for printing wall art?
The paper you choose makes a significant difference to the quality and appearance of your finished print. Here are our recommendations for every situation:

Standard copy paper or multipurpose paper is not recommended for wall art printing. While it works for a test print it will produce noticeably duller colors and less defined edges that do not reflect the true quality of the artwork.
Can I use Canva to print or resize my files?
Yes. Canva is an excellent free tool for working with your downloaded wall art files. Here is exactly how to use it for the most common tasks.
To resize your file — open a new design in Canva at your desired dimensions, upload your downloaded JPEG file as an image, resize it to fill the canvas, and export at the highest quality setting available in your account.
To add your art to a mockup — upload your JPEG file to Canva, place it inside one of Canva’s room scene frames or mockup templates to create a styled preview of how it will look in your home before printing.
To prepare for printing — Canva’s Print feature allows you to upload your file and order a professional print directly through Canva’s printing service which ships to most US addresses.
Please note that when exporting files from Canva always select the highest available resolution setting to preserve print quality. The free version of Canva exports at a standard resolution that is suitable for most home printing. Canva Pro exports at a higher quality setting, which is preferable for larger print sizes.
My printed colors look different from what I see on my screen. Is this normal?
Yes this is completely normal and is not a defect in your files. It happens with all professionally designed digital artwork and occurs because screens display colors using RGB color mode which produces vivid light-based color, while printers output using CMYK color mode which uses physical ink on paper and produces a naturally different color range.
Warm tones such as terracotta, deep greens, rich golds, and warm neutrals are most subject to this variation. These colors may appear slightly more saturated on screen and slightly more earthy or muted when printed, which is a standard characteristic of the printing process and not an error.
For the most accurate color results we recommend using a professional print service rather than a home printer, selecting premium matte or luster photo paper, and asking the print service for a color-calibrated print if available.

Usage and Licensing
Can I print my wall art multiple times?
Yes. Your personal-use license allows you to print as many copies as you need for your home. You can print the same design in multiple sizes, in multiple rooms, and as replacement copies if an original print becomes damaged. There is no limit on personal-use printing within your household.
Can I share my downloaded files with friends or family?
No. Your purchase grants a single-user personal license to you only. Sharing, distributing, gifting, or forwarding your downloaded files to any other person is a violation of your license agreement and constitutes copyright infringement. Each person who wishes to use one of our designs must purchase their own individual license through our store.
Can I use these designs commercially?
No. All files are licensed for personal use only. Commercial use including printing designs for sale, using designs on merchandise or products, incorporating designs into commercial projects, or distributing files to clients or customers is strictly prohibited under your personal license. Can I sell prints of your designs at craft fairs or online marketplaces?
No. Printing and selling physical copies of our designs at craft fairs, on Etsy, on Amazon, or through any other marketplace or channel is strictly prohibited under your personal use license. All rights to commercial reproduction are reserved exclusively by Decor Glam Chic.
Can I modify or edit the designs after downloading?
Minor personal adjustments, such as resizing for printing purposes, are permitted under your license. However, significantly altering, remixing, or recreating our designs and presenting the modified version as your own original work is not permitted. All original artwork remains the intellectual property of Decor Glam Chic, regardless of any modifications made by the purchaser.
Refunds and Support
What is your refund policy?
Because all products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once files have been downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer remorse, or color variation between screen and print output.
However, we will always resolve genuine technical issues without question.
