Orders and Downloads
Your files are delivered instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed you will receive an email with your download link at the email address you provided during checkout. Your files are also accessible at any time through your account page under My Orders. There is no waiting, no shipping, and no delays.
Creating an account is optional but highly recommended. An account gives you permanent access to all your purchased files at any time through your My Orders page. To create an account, click the Account icon at the top of our website and follow the registration steps. It takes less than two minutes.
You can access your files in two ways. First check your email inbox for your order confirmation which contains your download link. Second log into your account at decorglamchic.com, go to My Orders, find your purchase, and click Download. Your files are available to you at any time and from any device.
Every design from Decor Glam Chic comes with 8 high resolution print-ready sizes included in a single download. The sizes included are 5×7 inches, 8×10 inches, 11×14 inches, 16×20 inches, 18×24 inches, A5, A4, and A3. All files are delivered at 300 DPI for professional quality printing at every size.
Your download includes high resolution PDF files for every size. PDF files are recommended for professional print services as they preserve the full resolution of the artwork.
Sales tax may be applied to your order depending on your location and applicable tax laws. Any applicable tax will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase so there are no surprises at payment.
Yes. Your personal use license allows you to print as many copies as you need for your own home. You can print the same design in multiple sizes and in multiple rooms. Commercial use, reselling, and sharing files with others is not permitted. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full license details.
Download links are valid for a generous period after purchase. If your link has expired or is no longer working simply log into your account at decorglamchic.com and access your files at any time through My Orders. If you are still experiencing difficulty please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

Because all of our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once your files have been downloaded or accessed. However, we genuinely want you to love every purchase. If you experience a genuine technical issue such as corrupted files, incorrect files delivered, or files that do not match the product listing, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it immediately. Please check your spam or junk mail folder first as order confirmation emails occasionally route there with certain email providers. If your email is not in spam, log into your account at decorglamchic.com and access your files under My Orders. If you are still unable to locate your files please contact us with your order number and we will resend your files right away.
If your downloaded files are corrupted or cannot be opened please contact us immediately at decorglamchic.com/contact with your order number. We will investigate and resend your files within 24 hours. Please ensure you are using compatible software to open your files. PDF files can be opened with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader available at adobe.com.
If the files you received do not match the product you purchased, please contact us within 7 days at decorglamchic.com/contact with your order number and a description of the issue. We will correct this immediately by resending the correct files to you at no additional charge.

MY PRINTED COLORS LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE SCREEN
This is completely normal and is not a defect in your files. Screens display colors in RGB mode and printers output in CMYK mode. This difference means printed colors may appear slightly more muted than they look on your screen, particularly with warm tones such as terracotta, deep greens, and gold. For the most accurate color results we recommend using a professional print service such as Walgreens Photo, Shutterfly, or Costco Photo. Because your files are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the purchase is complete and files have been accessed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you have not yet accessed your files and need to make a change please contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
No. All files purchased from Decor Glam Chic are licensed for personal use only. This means you may print and display the artwork in your own home but you may not resell the files, print them for sale, use them on products or merchandise, or distribute them to others in any format. If you are interested in a commercial license please contact us directly to discuss terms.
